Shipping

We are currently only shipping within New Zealand.

Orders will be shipped at $9 non-rural $15 rural.

All orders will be packed and booked on the courier within 1-5 days.

Please note - delays from the courier picking up may happen and are out of our control.

Orders will be sent through NZ Post and are tracked.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages due to an incorrect spelling of the address.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that mistakes do happen so in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged product, please let us know by email and we will either arrange a replacement or refund the item.

Unfortunately due to the nature of these items we do not offer a refund if you change your mind about your purchase so please choose carefully.
